Today the Idaho Senate passed, by a vote of 24 to 7, HJM005, a resolution “Stating findings of the Legislature and urging Congress to use all efforts, energies and diligence to withdraw the United States from any further participation in the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America or any other bilateral or multilateral activity that seeks to advance, authorize, fund or in any way promote the creation of any structure to create any form of North American Union.”

Since the Idaho House had already adopted HJM005 by voice vote on March 12, today’s Senate vote means that Idaho is the first state to pass an anti-NAU/SPP resolution in both houses.

Liberty Letters Comment: Every American, who would like to stay an American, needs to become involved in this effort to expose and oppose the very secretive effort to create a North American Union, a union that is on fast track to be an Americas version of the socialist European Union, and this but a stepping stone to a socialist world government under the United Nations.

Such a union will be a regional arrangement under the United Nations, as is NAFTA, the EU, NATO, ASEAN, the WTO, etc., each of these bound by their own founding documents to be subject to the principles and purposes of the United Nations, and the whims of that budding five-headed tyranny called the United Nations Security Council, where all the real legislative, executive, and judicial power at the United Nations resides.

And as to the United Nations, remember: there are no elected officials (government without consent), the five permanent members of the Security Council have an absolute veto over each other - to include over the ten rotating members, the General Assembly, and the World Court (that is, once fully in play, concentrating all the governmental powers in the planet in the hands of five men, if that is not the definition of tyranny, what is?), two-thirds of its members (at a minimum) belong to nations hostile to our interests, its Declaration of Rights is modeled after the old Soviet Constitution (including that interesting Soviet styled proviso, that any right exercised contrary to the principles and purposes of the United Nations is null and void), its founding fathers were later exposed as Communist agents, all of its Secretary Generals have been open Communists and Socialists), the powers granted in its Charter are all written in open-ended language (violating our limitations of powers doctrine), and it seeks to this day to disarm the planet (even while working to provide for itself a permanent standing army), to daily blame the U.S. and or Israel for every problem on the planet, to make us pay the bill - even as it looks the other way at every atrocity, every violation of law and human liberty committed in communist and terrorist states.

Get it? Here's the real danger in the earth, a quiet movement by the current administration (with the look the other way consent of Congress), and the one before it, and the one before it, to empower our enemies over us in regional and global arrangements.

We owe it as a debt of gratitude to our forefathers, and the God who gave us liberty, to thwart the efforts of these globalists - just as we likewise owe it to our posterity to give our most valiant efforts to pass on a legacy of freedom … under the U.S. Constitution.
